Women’s Health, Sexuality and Wellness
Is there a relationship between health, a sense of well-being and sexual satisfaction? The answer is a resounding “yes”! This lecture will review the most common complaints of women struggling with the achievement of sexual satisfaction and sustained sexual interest. Common health concerns of women of all ages, including menopausal women, will be discussed and solutions offered utilizing an integrative health and spirituality model. This lecture is for lay-audiences and can be adapted to health-care professionals as well.

Intimate relationships are complex for many of us. Sustained sexual interest and healthy sexual engagement invariably includes problems associated with power, control, interest in sex and the achievement of sexual satisfaction. This lecture explores the relationship between emotional well-being and sustained interest in sexual intimacy and relational harmony. The impact of decreased emotional well-being on eroticism and libidinal energy are explored and their manifestations in intimate relationships are examined. This lecture is appropriate for all audiences - coupled and single people and individuals with varied sexual preferences and gender identities.
The Secret Lives of Teen Girls – What your Mother Wouldn’t Talk About but Your Daughter Needs to Know
The onset of sexual interest among teen girls is a worry for most any parent, grandparent and/or those who relate to teenage girls in any setting. What’s necessary for girls to develop healthy sexual relationships and a strong sexual identity that allows for sexual satisfaction throughout life? This lecture is candid in its approach to the importance of comprehensive sexuality education and mentoring for teen girls. It emphasizes the value of separating values about having sex from facts about sexual health and safety. Content for this lecture is derived from Ms. Resh’s experience as a certified nurse-midwife who has cared for teen girls and women of all ages for over 20 years as well as her personal experience as the mother of a teenage daughter.

Per the request of many women who have heard Ms. Resh speak, a Salon Format was devised to meet the varying needs of smaller, particular audiences. Ms. Resh is available to come to your home and present a specially designed mini-lecture and facilitated discussion focused on the particular interests of the group of women and/or men in attendance. Create an evening of your own design on a variety of topics related to sexual health and satisfaction. Ms. Resh is available to consult with you directly on the development of such a program and is happy to work with smaller groups of any type to insure the evening is perfectly matched to the needs of you and your guests.
